We ship all orders received Monday through Saturday before 4PM PST the same day; otherwise all orders are shipped the following business day.
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition and packaging excluding patterns, books and sale items. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.
